Looking at humanity living together globally, that process is now diverging to cannibalizing the living space Earth, may-be already beyond the point of NO return! As a mental network of minds, computers and devices, humanity has evolved by itself into a mega-super self-destructing raptor aspiring control of people's perceptions and reflexes by inhibiting calling out falsehood and even more so, against pressing for the truth which supports task- towards lifefulfilling with civil courage and §3-integrity. All this is to protect the insubstantial mainstream pre-trans-trapping any questioning of the OPTION I, its failing palace-elite and puppet temple-masters, never mind the free fall of states into failed ones... Personality-neutral wordy of science#2 still has no desirable answer to the question: "How should we live together?", and is not even substantially interested in that topic. The OPTION I world is rather eroding synergy und just evokes self-destructive systems by placing values and meaning on star employees up to their peak of incompetence, where according to the Peter Principle, they are dropped, in the end, picked to death by upstart new ALPHA super-stars, like most people already at the beginning, born as originals, to end up as sheople, zeitgeist copies. And yet, this isn't what drives the top achieving teams. Business leader Margaret Hefferman shares her observation that it is social cohesion — built every coffee break, every time one team member asks another for help — that leads over time to great results. She outlines a radical rethink of what drives us to do our best work, and what it means to be a leader. Demo-cracy with elections, even with sortition, will end in self-destructive systems! However, sortition and then parameterizing the chosen ones, can and should make them accountable for their OPTION II towards LifeFulfilling Platforms. Otherwise people are left to struggle towards %1-social compatibility by just respecting each other's mindset and the opinions it forms in arguing. The result of that "human" approach is the disruptive Social Darwinian competition with ever more sophisticated and enhanced self-fulfilling prophecies to defend one's mindset. This makes people (e.g. North Koreans) identify with the ZG-zeitgeist (dictator Kim Jong-un as Great Father-Mother and as people's destiny) just reacting with their *3-willful (atom bombs' blackmail) ?0-illusionary mindset (military power of the millions) conditioned by +2 greed (propaganda about being a chosen people and the arch-enemy being the USA) and -4 fear (dirty business, slavery, secret concentration camps) by each other's %1-political correctness (autarky in isolation) and its %5-manipulating (secret police) %6-projections (glorifications). What enthuses us most and where our discussions tend to demeans bilateral understanding how to serve each other in simplifying, pre-trans-trapping unilateral ways, evokes insubstantial mindsets; what does no work in trusting ways on the bilateral level fails on unilateral pre-trans-traps! This can lead to impotence to have genuine 1-to-1 relationships. Such people always %6-project an aura that they represent "others" of which you are an outcast and better succumb to their %1-social compatibility. You can bet for the unavoidable failure of that approach in view of the relationship truths! And what's more, the mob such evokes, %5-manipulates "others" as scapegoats for their failures. That nourishes the will for Freedom from and towards anything#0, arty forms and convincing events towards virtuality. After the most terrible 20th century of ideologies, most people on the planet world like to live in a democracy, which Winston Churchill called a bad way, even if we do not know a better one. However, since Nov. 24, 2016 more and more people seemingly living in a now demo-crazy democracy have come to the conclusion that it works less and less in its all sorts of ways of exploiting and corrupting its application. The tendency is towards either media-, or the "the superchicken model" run by those who outperform others in terms of mass-attractivity in elite and/or authoritarian ways. That evokes all sorts of alternatives ranging from Karl Marx's still simmering class-wars, meanwhile after ideological, cultural and again religious ways and wars to replace %-elected representatives and figure heads by those randomly picked by sortition (check the Stanford Prison Experiment). All this has lead to and fits the present Age of Disruption. All this is ignoring that collectives, institutions and companies, swarm- and artificial-intelligence do not have substance, and are principally unable to create fully formed ideas let coming up with Con-science#3 grounded in the H2-truly superior order; among others that of the real human's 5-year growth cycle, the basis for parameterizing real people's options in terms of the consequences of giving meaning to them, the relevant "corner stones" and the ethical scale. Only people who give meaning to their OPTION II can be substantial, because only they have meaningful access to fulfill their substance. That bottom line of human existence is denied und OPTION I, in favor of social relevance and inhibiting any possible substantial understanding. Margaret Hefferman shows us, tuned into the Age of disruption, that good disagreement, i.e. not mentioning daring to relate to each other towards synergy, is central to desirable progress. She illustrates, sometimes counter intuitively how the best partners are not echo chambers and followers which we all know if we are honest about about inner experiences. On the constructive side are flow teams, relationships and businesses which allow people to not jus deeply disagree but to then learn from each other from within rather than getting stuck in Disrupting
